Im not sure if you already have the engine or are considering the one you linked to...I would recommend against that engine if you don't already have it. | |

Pretty typical I guess... You're gonna have to go back to the seller and request the wire harness that works with that CDI box. Hooper imports can probably help you out, maybe even T-bolt or AHP. Your other option is to find a CRF50 wire harness and CDI box or Trailbikes CDI box. You will obviously have to mount the coil closer to the motor now also. Some of the China dealers sell a 12V coil with a long lead if you want to buy even more stuff and put it in the stock location.

Would the stock Z50 coil work on it?

Ok, on the last picture you posted. Out of those 6 wires coming from your motor, you only need 3 of them for your bike to run. The blk/red, the blu/wht and the solid green. The other 3 are for lighting and neutral light. You need to connect those 3 ignition wires into the harness (that you dont have). If you had the Hooper harness, you would have to cut one of the 5 pin connectors(the male) and splice in your motor outputs. you would then plug in your CDI box to the 5 pin female connector. Connect your coil to the BLK/yel and green wires. Connect your kill button to the blk/wht and green connector (or splice). Go riding.

I did notice the link mentions a two-speed transmission. I guess that's some specific variant for the little ATV it was intended for. That will be interesting; it might be fun like that, and if not it's not hard to find transmission parts to swap in around here. I'll be interested to hear how that works and how it's set up. So far I've seen some one-speed ATV variants but not a two-speed.
