Re: AHP Crankshaft

You will need to run taller cylinder studs/longer cam chain to run this crank, a 54mm TB cylinder and piston are a great combo making a 114cc stroker motor. Fits in Honda cases. If you need to know anything else just email or PM me.

So if i already have a piston kit for an 88cc/w race head, can i use that piston, or do i need to buy a special one?

This stroker crank uses a 69mm height cylinder which is taller than your 88cc cylinder, so the piston is different than a normal 88cc piston as well.

This is an example of the bore kit you would have to run with it:

Different stroke, if you want to get that, you can just turn your bike into the 108cc kit with the 52mm cylinder you currently have.

The 51mm cranckshaft has a shorter conrod so it is able to run your piston in a low cilinder. With the 49.5 your piston will pop 6mm out of your low cylinder.
