| Anyone using a pro circuit pipe on a Z50?
It's tough finding a z50r pipe! I won a big gun pipe on ebay 3 weeks ago. Come to find out the seller didn't have the item and was waiting on big gun to make em. Why people list items for auction that they don't physically have is beyond me. Supposedly, these pipes are availible. Pricey at $264+ but I like it. Anyone using this pipe please post a pic. thanks |

I think I'm in the same boat. I also bought a big gun pipe on eBay 3 weeks ago and I don't have it yet. The seller told me a week ago the pipe was on the way to them, although I suspect we may be dealing with the same guy. I'm still waiting - did you get a refund?

AandDdiscountperformance is the ebayer I won mine through. It sounds like he's jerking you around too. I called big gun myself and they said on backorder and should be arriving in 3-4 weeks. I did get a full refund without much hassle. Last edited by d0n; 02-21-2007 at 09:43 PM.

found it thanks I like it but the biggun looks better IMO. The biggun seems to hang down a couple inches lower that the pro pipe. ![]() Last edited by d0n; 02-21-2007 at 09:48 PM.

That's actually a nice looking pipe. First time I've ever seen one. It looks even better with the badge removed. Does it exit right onto the shock though ?

That pipe has been order since last Sept. They list it, picture it but don't have it. I posted this before about this. He (Big Gun) will only produce pipe when he has enough orders. Well guess what, nobody wants to wait that long. The guys at Chapparal Motorsports gave me this info. Very cool of them.

Razzo that's a sweet bike. The pipe looks good. I like how it doesn't hang as low as the biggun at the head. Question... would a pipe made specifically for the 88-99 z50r's fit on an 84? D&D makes a pipe but they only list it as fitting the 88-99 z50's. The biggun z50r pipe seems to fit both the early and the later z50r's. I've seen it on both. I have assume the D&D pipe would also fit both? Last edited by d0n; 02-21-2007 at 10:30 PM.

you could get a crf pipe and just shorten it. A friend of mine has a Knockoff pipe on his 74 Z50, it fits great, just cut a few inches off the header and put it back together, tucks nice under the seat, works great
