| Best place to buy white walls? Which brand?
Don't want to get into a "Don't buy em!" debate here. Just looking for the most reputable place. With the most options. Which brand is the best? Thanks.

It got crazy at work and I didn't even make it back for the race! My tickets went to waste! I was so bummed! But in this market I have to grab it while I can. Ill get some pics and send them to ya.What I was really bummed about, was not dropping a motor off to jeff! Would have saved me the cost and hassle of shipping! Thanks Mike. Was good to meet you -D

What do you think of of the Shinko? They are cheap here's a link. You like the 4.00 rear and 3.50 front for a hardtail? Heres a link ever buy from these guys? Shinko SR550 White Wall Front - Rear Tire - Motorcycle Superstore |

Hey D Not whitewall, but I'm happy with a 3.50 front and 4.00 rear on my hardtail. The front's a Michelin S83 vintage-style scooter tire and tracks really well on gravel, grass, dirt, pavement. The rear's a discontinued IRC trials-type tread, but with pretty close block spacing. With a 4.00 on the back you can run the pressure pretty low, which is great when you're a big guy running a hardtail over uneven ground. You don't feel it as a handling deficiency at the kind of speeds you can realistically go off road on a hardtail bike with 8" wheels. |
