Cam timing troubles

Hey guys I just installed a t.b. parts 88 cc big bore kit...... I finished installing it, but the cam chain doesn't seem to be long enough for me to tighten the cam sprocket to the cam itself, i already tried loosening the cam chain but it doesn't seem to do much good??????

Re: Cam timing troubles

You pulled out the plug and all the guts to the cam chain tensioner, correct? If you still don't have enough slack, find out why. take off the flywheel and stator assembly to see what's going on.
