You can deal with TJR directly. If you want TJR to work over the entire motor, it makes more sense to purchase a used Nice and then send to TJR.

Honda quit making the nice a couple of years back so any "new" nice you purchase today is going to be pieced together from parts new from Honda rather then factory built.

Correct me if i am wrong but they cant just send you a TJR tuned Nice (EPA) restrictions? So you would have to purchase a nice in the us and send it to them? Would that be prefferable to say buying the whole thing from motor city?

I'd spend some time doing some homework talking with other Honda Nice 110 owners and see what they did before you do anything.

Buy used, import one in, and work with TJR. That's my opinion.

Take with Drizz here on PM, Reynolds_brad, Justin Murray (Gstegman has Justin's engine now) and others, and once you talk with these people, you'll know the best route to go for you.

There is no right and wrong way, just opinions from people who have already done what you want to do.
