Cheap Custom Z50 Exhaust

Hey guys! I would love to show you the exhaust I built for my girlfriends Z50 but I don't know how to post pic's. If someone could post a pic for me, I will E-mail it to you. What I did was cut the front section of a CT70 exhaust and cut open the muffler of the stock Z50 exhaust. I mated the two using copper pipe. I'm sure once you see the picture you will get a kick out of it. Please respond to this thread if you can post the pic for me. Thanks

Re: Cheap Custom Z50 Exhaust

So it's basically a straight pipe?

Re: Cheap Custom Z50 Exhaust

Thank you Thumpin90! If you can tell from the pic, I replaced the Z50 engine with a CT70H engine. I used an intake off a ATC70 and the stock CT70 carb. The CT exhaust is quite a bit bigger then the stock Z50 exhaust. After I mocked up the exhaust, I drilled out the last section of the copper pipe and wrapped it with fiberglass mat. The exhaust is kinda loud but not too bad. The engine runs strong but I know it would kick bootie with a 88cc kit. Let me know what you guys think. Jason
