well got a 95 z50r off a buddy. had a takegawa 88cc bore up kit with head...ran like raped ape but liked to toss my tubby ass off the back when bangin 2nd.....so threw a extended swinger on it from a chappy scooter with some 1971 cb 350 schocks on it....nice upgrade.. nice and stiff for my 250 pound ass....front end was too short....buddy named "FAB NASTY" cut the frame behind head tube supports..extended it with proper sized steel tubing for an extra length of 2 inches...felt just right..... [/IMG]![]() fun for wheelies and ripping around the hood loud fast and on a z50......but winter time came and decided to save up for a pit bike.....so i bought one from cracks list....... ![]() thought this chonger was gonna be a sweet ride but the turd killed my ass like prison and was just plain uncomfortable.... so i must have been spoiled cause the z50r seat was a freekin lazyboy compared to the pit bike seat that was a meat ball mangler... so i started thinking of getting my z50 up to pit bike statuz cause i loved it and its sweet seat.. always liked the hard old school metal tank...so im now thinking damn im gonna have to get FAB NASTYS take on this here...so we started with the front end of the pitt bike stripped it off the frame and FAB NASTY living up to his name chopped the springs and strut rods down to size....ppopped em on on the cheapass lower tripple tree blew apart...so i headed down to the bike shop and was gonna get a cnced set of trees fer 150$....but the werent the right size fer my schock tubes....so next option was for shocks and trees which were 130$....score....FAB NASTY fired up the cut off wheel and went to town doing his thing....heres what we ended up with... fired it up to see how the new front end with the 12 incher felt...it was nice...rode like a fat chick....but it needs to be mean lookin.after all its gonna be a pit bike.... so i turned FAB NASTY loose with his cut off wheel...his grinder...torches...and mig welder.....dudes bad ass ![]() chopping and grinding where do you want the shock to mount in? says FAB NASTY ![]() how bout here?...cool..wwere gonna have to put a brace in for strenth tho.....cool with me ![]() schweet... ![]() lets get the master cyl fer the rear brakes figured out says FAB NASTY right on....looks like im gonna have to cut up a plate to mout this master cyl....its cool with me i told him.... ![]() schweet man that looks great ![]() FAB NASTY looks at me eating a maple cream stick and says you know just to be safe im gonna throw an extra brace in there...i asked hif if he was making fat jokes... but he just started welding away on the fat kid support team ![]() ![]() right on FAB NASTY...lets put this pig on the ground and see how it feels... ![]() schweet imma throw the tank and the seat on fer a visual too.... ![]() damn this pig turned out sweet!!! go ride it see if you like it and if anything needs tweeked..says FAB NASTY....dude this thing rides and handles like no other z ive ever riddin!! thanks FAB NASTY yer the man!! imma go throw the rear fender on and ill send ya a pick of how it looks..cool says FAB...now get outta here ive got metal to burn and sparks to fly! dweedle dweedle...says fab nastys cell phone.....picture mail received..... ![]() DAMN..says FAB NASTY i do great work..... |

did you consider just swapping the tank and seat on to the Chinker and keeping the z? Just wondering not being a smart ass, just would have been less work.
