For the new people in honda lore, the Dax is the European and Japanese version of the Honda CT70.

I prefer this CT70, and it's by far the nicest in the USA, bar none.

I've asked him to swim in these waters, and he's just too busy. You are correct, as he's as nice as they come. For those of you who want to check out more of his work - www.ct70honda.com

You'll need a marquee bike here pretty soon, so you'd better decide on one and sell a couple off to pay for all the goodies...

Bob does amazing work. I might be sending out my tank, fors and side cover over to him soon to get new paint. From what Ive seen, I know its worth the money and it will be done well. One of the greatest Dax/CT70s I have seen is:

Your right there Dan I was thinking the same thing. Or selling my house!!!
We have to ride the dirt bikes and I'm too attatched to the Z's and my CT so the first to go would have to be,,,, I hate to say it,,,,the ZB. .. BTW does anyone know where I can get that Honda graphic on that last CT? It almost looks like a molded piece of chrome. I've been wanting that for my CT since the first time I saw it.But havent been able to find.

Those machines are artwork, pure and simple. What I really like, is they all appear to be ridden, rather than podium queens like some full size custom bike builders like to make.

No chance my 70 is going to come out that nice, but I'm tryin!

The Honda script is chrome and it's a stock piece on the Euro Dax. Good luck finding a set. YOu could probably get it made cheaper then if you found one. And keeping the 12V CT70 is a great idea as they are the most comfortable to ride. If you want the fold-down bars for your 12V bike, I have all the JDM Honda part numbers as you need everything or it will not fit..

The ZB??!!
Ouch.

I love riding my dirt bikes too, but they would be the first to go. I would have to keep the street legal minis because they are getting hard to find. Especially Honda street legal minis.

BTW, is my 1968 CT90 considered a mini on this forum? Yes it is street legal and tagged too.

Yea I only say the the ZB would be the first because I havent started pouring money into it yet and havent yet gotten too attatched like my other bikes. My Z50 has a lot of sentimental value cause it's been around the longest and has the most memories attatched. And I had a CT when I was a kid and always wanted another for some strange reason.Plus I went half way across the country to get it!! I'm sure the first time I turn a wrench on the ZB will be the start of something big and expensive!!! Believe me if I can get rid of some the big bikes clogging my basement no mini shall leave me!! Next to go is a 1964 Honda superhawk.. Anyone interested??? Willing to trade...for money!!
