Re: Cool wheels on ebay

I have bought from that seller before and I was always impressed by how quickly they shipped.

I had faster shipping from them in Asia than I get from the Stupid monkeys I buy from in the U.S.

Not sure about the value or the quality of these wheels, but the stuff I bought from them was amazing for the price.

I looked at these wheels, they just seemed a little expensive

Re: Cool wheels on ebay

Those wheels are made for Ecoshop 1 in Japan. Looks like that guy is getting them through the back door considering he's selling them for 1/2 the price they sell for by Ecoshop 1 in Japan.

They are very nice wheels. Attached is the Ecoshop 1 wheel. Looks the same to me.

Upon doing some more research, Ecoshop 1 doesn't offer those wheels any longer. Either they didn't sell or had a design flaw. The manufacturer that made those maybe just looking to unload them.

Z, you never cease to amaze me with the stuff you know.

It seems impossible to know so much stuff about things that are so obscure

I deal with this stuff on a daily basis and have to answer emails from people who want to import in parts from overseas. People send me pictures and say "I want a set of those". 99% of the parts I recognize, the other 1 percent takes me awhile to look up. It all just takes time.

The gold wheels will look great with a Gold 35T rear sprocket and some wide 110/80/8 Steady tires

The Eco One stuff is pretty nice. It will all depend on the level of blems on those blems. Take some pics when you get 'em.

Re: Cool wheels on ebay

Recived the wheels yesterday. Very nice!! The blems are on the inside of the rims! Near the valve stem holes. Tires on, no more blem! Will post pictures this week.

Here's the wheels! Notice the blem on the inside of the rim. Nothing to cause concern. Some Heidenau's will look real nice on these.
