crf50 + ct70=?

Has any tried to put a crf50 tank on a ct70, along with the rest of the plastics, and truely tried to make it look decent?

Re: crf50 + ct70=?

It would look like poop. Why take a bike full of metal and chrome and install a bunch of plastic on it? People usually want to go the other way..

Re: crf50 + ct70=?

Yeah im sure it would, and thats why it hasnt been done, if much at all. Just kicking ideas around in my head. I like the motard look and love my ct70s. There just doesnt seem to be a good way to marry the two.

those ct's look pretty wicked. i agree a crf gas tank would be pretty much impossible to adapt to a ct without making it look ridiculous

no matey its not one of my creations unfortuanatley, those pics are from the 06 monkey jam,it was also there this year all finished, and I have to say the pics dont do it any justice the work thats gone into the build to get the bits to fit on there so well is second to none, the tank has had some cut and shut work to get it on there so well as have most of the other bits,I havent got any upto date pics at the mo but I will try and get some found as it now looks

cheers matt

Re: crf50 + ct70=?

Matt, any place to rent bikes over your way? Ive been kicking around the idea of flying over and joing a "ride". It would be so cool to go on a ride with 50+ other rides , all on minis!
