Re: ct experts need help

These kits are avail from the trail buddy guy and some other online places sell them as an affordable option, but when I bought them they were like $125 bucks on ebay, they've kind of dried up.. Places like daxdodo and monkeybikeuk sell them but they're really expensive by the time you ship them. Be carefull, some kits don't give you the bottom triples, you have to bore a stock Honda triple out to 27mm to accept the fork tubes. You'll also have to fab up or buy fork ears for the headlight. Some have short brake lines that will make it difficult reaching the CT70 bars. These kits work pretty well, smooth brake action. I cut the spring down about an inch to lower the front end and replace the fork oil with good stuff and top it off..

Eric, I'll look around for you... If you find a set I'll walk you through it... As far as seats go, hondanuts dot com has them for a good price, look in the "Speacials" bin..

Dan
