does the ct70 have blinkers? Most of the bikes I see don't have blinkers or mirrors. Does a scooter not need blinkers or something?

All the CT70's starting in 1973 had turn signals from the factory. K2 to 1994.

The 1969-1970 K0's and 1971-1972 K1's did not have turn signals from the factory.

Up until 1973, the CT70's were for offroad use only as well and weren't street legal until the turn signals were added.

It's easy to get the old ones registered. The DMV people aren't CT70 experts and you can mail order a title from its-titles.com for $75.

Get the old one and put it on the road..

thanks again dan, I like the look of the older ones. I want something cheap on gas for around town and this sounds like the way to go plus trying to keep miles off my car since the thing has enough(500,000 miles on her). It was either an 80's elite scooter or ct70. The elite is ugly as heck and to me seems like a boring ride compared to the ct.

On a stock CT70, you can get about 100 miles out of the tank. On my 88cc CT70 with a race head, I get about 50 miles out of a tank of gas. Not good...

Just remember you can make the 12V 1991-1994's look like the old ones without much effort. See before and after.
