I always use tapered rollers when I'm doing a high end build I plan to run like nutz.

Get the roller bearings. Easier to do it now then taking apart a front end and doing it later.

All Balls tapered roller bearings. Simple to install, I had to dremel the head tube just a little bit, but fits nicely.

I used crf50 tapered bearing on my ct build. They worked great.
