Its just not jetted correctly. There was a stock 85 main jet in there and it would pop never could get a smooth idle. I have the needle clip on the top position which makes it a little better just looking for a good jet set up.

Use that Sheng Way piece of **** for a boat anchor and call it good. No, really buy a Mikuni or Keihin and never look back. Some of the Chinese crap out there right now is just that, don't waste your time.

What size ShengWay carb is it? The 20mm one? The 24mm one? Take a picture of it on the bike and post it up...

That's the 20mm ShengWay carb, I use a #90 main jet, a #38 pilot jet, needle clip in the 3rd or 4th notch from the top, and start tuning with the air screw 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 turns OUT from seated. I make the air screw adjustments in 1/4 turn increments, sometimes with the air screw only 3/4 of a turn out from seated to have it run right. I've always found this carb to be easy to tune right out of the box.
