CT70 Pipe Recommendations

I am looking for a pipe for my CT70 that will not interfere with the rear footpeg setup. My wife and I double up on this bike and I don't want the exhaust to interfer with the peg or run up by the seat like a stocker.

Anyone know of any low exhausts that come out under the swinger?

Z, you should post up a few pics, because I'm interested in seeing an under swinger pipe as well. I may use one on a future build....

Re: CT70 Pipe Recommendations

Not to step on your thread, but i have a related question.

With the aftermarket exhaust guys run obviously you gain horse power, but does changing the exhaust make the bike louder? a lot louder? In my area noise pollution is a major concern. thats one reason i love my bike. I can ride it in the backyard late at night and the neighbors won't hear it.

Re: CT70 Pipe Recommendations

The pipes I run on my bike are terribly loud except the V8 pipe I run on my ST90. It will fit a ct70 very well.

Re: CT70 Pipe Recommendations

Yeah, the v8 isn't real loud. Sounds more like the stock exhaust of a larger machine. We run it on this bike....

Are you going to pay the photographer royalties when you use it for your commercial gain?

Get permission. If you used pics of mine on your website, I would be on it like white on rice...

Good advice. I post a pic on PM then I see it on your site advertising the pipe?
Now I know why people personalize their pics.

Watermark your pics if you want your credit.
