The Dax is home!

Found this on CL, the guy had like 4 other old school mini trail bikes.

It's plated but currently non opped, and 1st and 2nd gear went out so it's only got 3rd right now. Other than that it's stock and just needs to be cleaned up a little.

It's gonna be my commuter since I live and work in the same town :woohoo

Re: The Dax is home!

Anybody have advice or suggestions on what to do with the tranny? How hard is it to put a 4 speed or something into it?

As of now, the 3 speed is shot. I'm not sure why because I haven't had time to split the cases and look, but 1st and 2nd gear don't work.

I'm contemplating just looking for a new motor/tranny to put into it, but I like the idea of keeping genuine honda stuff in it.
