Daytona trip cancelled! What happened to customer service?

Fried the wiring harness last week,but ordered a new one the same day from Dratv. Thanks for shipping it out quick Beatrice cycles, but next time could you send the right one? Because you ruined an important trip for me.
I had two sponsers waiting for me in Daytona to show up on my CT70 after my 650 mile ride. Kinda hard to sell yourself and your trips if ya can't leave the workshop.

A phone number that the customer can call,and ask you questions about the order that is missing,wrong would be nice.You can't even leave a message on the phone # they show on your site. Last time I sent you a e-mail it was week before you responded.
I feel as a customer who spent over $1000 this year alone I should be entitled to a quick phone call when things go wrong with an order.

I sincerly hope you get your s$%t together,because you do have a big selection of parts and a easy to use,informative website.

i hate reading these, i feel for ya man, it really sucks. i feel some of the better known vendros on this site are the same way!

for me, though thats why i stick with vince at tbolt, he picks up the phone right away, even knows when i am calling him (must have saved my number) hes very friendly and very informative. i feel like i am talking to a friend who knows eveything about anything when it comes to the horzontal engines or wiring or even bike.

good luck and i hope you dont miss any more upcoming events

My goal was to get a reality type show. Lord knows enough crazy **** goes on around me during rides I might as well get a check.
What's funnier than a grown man riding cross country on a minibike? One with a monkey! Chucky and the bear.......hmmm

Now my goal in the waste basket.

I have a harness for my build new in the bag if it would help. Just replace it when available.

i spent 90 for one from the uk for z50j harness i'm gonna have hell of time using it i'll had to disregard all the ign stuff on it nad use just the lighting, does any one sell just a lighting kit that include blinker/winkers with charging, that would be co nice if some one did. i have the 2 wires need to light it up.

Wiring diagram+roll of wire+soldering gun+heat shrink tubing+12 pack=riding again?

Maybe, however the cdi's I was using with the stock harness has a 5 prong connector. New one is only 4 prong. By the time I figure everything out and get it running two things happen. One, I have a butchered,rigged harness which compromises relibilty and resell value. Two, I'm out of time for my trip.

I posted on the other forum as well. Can you take a picture of your 5 prong connector that the original 6V stator assembly would plug into?

The original harnesses had a 4 prong connector from K0-K2 and K3-78.

Here's a picture of the 4 prong connector to the stator assembly.

Help me understand what you have going on as there is no plug on any of the K0-1978 harnesses that have 5 lugs in the connector other then the connector that plugs into the keyswitch, and it has 6 lugs.

Was only critizing the customer service aspect. I have figured out what was wrong. I did get the right part. Doc could have done so in 2 minutes,but choose not to. Two minutes to appease an customer who spent over $1200 is not a lot to ask.

Sorry for the misunderstanding Dratv. I hope to do business with you in the future, but please open up to customer questions and answer them timely. The customers will thank you and stay loyal,spend even more $.

i highly suggest you leave the ign on that z155 separate, and use your 2 wires for lighting. the z155 ign is varibal electronic timing you might be hard pressed to get another one if you fry it. rumor is that it is a system form a big from a big bike.
