Dual carbs

What do you guys think? I can't imagine any performance gain over a larger single carb. (except to be able to say you got dual carbs, LOL). and it looks like they are mounted upside down in the pic. Anyone out there use them? do they work?

with the sharp 90 degree turns in the intake, I would say it would make less power

it looks like the numbnut seller put the manifold on upside down. Need to take it off, flip it over so the intake faces down.

There was also another dual carb manifold, except that it put the carbs to the side, instead of back, and didn't have any abrupt angles to it. I forget where I saw it, I think it was DRP, or maybe Nige had it on Ebay, can't seem to find it now.

Like the dual exhausts it's probably more show than go. Whatever floats your boat though.

wouldn't the pipe hit it, the manifold i have now has the carb sit pretty close to the pipe as it is. I still think it would be cool to have for street use.

$90 for a turbo. How in the hell would an electric turbo work if its powered by the exhaust to begin with?
