My Mood: | Exhaust choices for my CT70
Ok fellow CT owners, I'm looking for help on buying a new pipe for my CT. It needs to be a high flow pipe as it will be married to my 150cc YX. Looking for something low mount and upswept, but also looking for good prices. Want to spend @ $200. Please drop me some links, or if you have something used but nice let me know. I need ideas!! Thanks! |

I did a search and seen you had a clearence issue to start, the YX motor I think would be even tighter. Does your kick starter hit the pipe? I like the look of it! The BIG pipe I bet breathes awesome!! Is Dr ATV always out of stock on that? Do they special order it? |

03 PDT)If you run the YX150 with the KLX top end, you will have to heat it and bend it a little bit at the header but this will fit the need. I had one of these exhausts on a 155 and it worked pretty good and sounded nice. Check out my skyteam st90 video on youtube under sharktooth99 to hear the pipe.

It almost sounds like a Ducati Monster!! Better start saving my pennies!! Could you measure the pipe diameter at the head flange and the entrance to the muffler when ya get a chance please! Looks like it tapers larger as it gets close to the muffler! Last edited by 88ccmotoX; 03-05-2009 at 05:46 PM. Reason: one more ?.

Ok, so I did a search on Youtube for V8 speed source and there were many vids of this system. Went directly back to Ebay and hammered it on my credit card. May lord have mercy on my soul, I have zero self control. Give me a week and pics will be posted......... And I just got my old/new pipe all wrapped and ready............ |
