Well after only 20 weeks my new bits have got to me,a pair of 12x3.75 ape rims with monkey centres and my new pipe, which can only be described as exhaust porn after seeing brads tri oval yoshi I had to get one and its awesome,it needs a bit of fiddling to get it fit as its goin on a dax but its only the tail pipe bracket thats to short so I can get one sorted no problem, see what you think any way http://good-times.webshots.com/photo...99692058OKJKmt http://good-times.webshots.com/photo...99692058nATMtN |

Very nice build! Color is excellent. Gives the dax a classy look. Exhaust looks very good too. Lots of curb appeal there plus power. Looks great! You deserve a good piss up!! Read "Performance Bikes" for years. Last edited by RAZZO; 11-30-2006 at 01:19 PM. |

Those wheels are big. Look nice. I like the gunmetal color. It's cool. Also just can't ever complain about a motor with transmission mounted clutch. It's just too cool.

Oh no worries...luckily my bike is far from done. You did an awesome job and I would be happy if my bike comes out half as good as yours!

Dude, I want some info on that airshock you got in picture 14. Looks sweet. It must be really stiff in order to hold up to that leverage. Have you ridden it with it yet?

For those of you who don't understand tire sizes, the falcon 100/65/12 tires on 12" wheels have the same circumference as 3.5X10" tires, but they sure do look pretty. Mine are being mounted as we speak..

The shock is a fox rp3 140 eye to eye legnth with a 25mm stroke, its the shortest shock available,in the position its mounted in its allowed me to use a shock as short as this but it actually gives more wheel travel than the usually mounted 285s on the standard mounts I have however hit a small snag in the picture its the state of the build so not had chance to ride it but even at allmost the maximum pressure the shock will take its to soft,so tommprow I will be calling the supplier of the shock to see if I can get it revalved to make it stiffer,if not then I will just get a coil over for it but it would be good if I can get the air shock to work. but allso one thing that may not have been noticed is the rear struts on the standard mounts they are fully height adjustable air shocks, the small fox shock will have a quick release mount on the lower mount so when we get to the car parks/shows its pimp my ride time jackin the baby up and slamin it on the floor LOL,these struts will also give a bit more assistance to the fox shock so even if I cant get it revalved it may still work with added pressure that can be held in those struts cheers matt
