Those things are so bizarre ! I'd like to have one just for the novelty factor. Just needs a handle so you can carry it like a suitcase.

They are cool but not $2000 cool for a project to me. I would get one for the bug factor but it would have to be half what they are asking for my ears to perk up.

That's for sure! try finding a set of tires and tubes stateside for one..

I've had mine for 26 years - it's been rode hard n put away wet every one of those and still refuses to die... maybe it's the bean oil i've been running in it for the last quarter century

Best pit bike ever IMO , pilots love em too

Engine parts are becoming scarce in Japan as well. I could see the benefits to a pilot. Diblasi's have to be popular with the pilot crowd as well.

I had a DiBlasi50.It was a cute little fold up bike that was able to fold up and become quit compact. However, once put together it was a bouncy underpowered buzz saw that made me long for my 100 lb honda z50.The diBlasi was still 75lbs and not worth the lb savings or the cost,2500 new.Sold it to lawn chair pilot(ultralight)at the local airport.

That's why the Z50Z is so cool. I have one that was brought back from Vietnam by an AF officer..they were never imported here. Has some pretty unique features like detachable front end, center stand & horn - very cool little bike.
