I know this is the CT-70 section but I was hoping that someone could help me figure out what year they both of these are. The orange looks to be maybe a 73? And the red one looks to be a 66-67?

Also, I was wondering if these have any value as they sit? I was thinking about keeping one to fix and selling the other to cover the costs...

Any help would be appreciated.

You are pretty close if not correct on the years, the orange one is the one that would have more value but still not worth a fortune.

I think the red one is a 68....I have a 68 and a 78

I gave $75 for my 68 and it was in a little better shape than the one pictured (not much tho) and my 78 ran when I got it and I paid $300 for it.....(had an oil leak and a dead batt but can be ridden).....

Thanks for the info guys! I am unsure of what I want to do with them. I was hoping they had more value. Maybe I'll just fix them up. I have about 10 boxes of parts that came with these. A bunch of the parts are still in OEM Honda packaging.

they are worth more if they are in good condition.of course ....the orange one is restorable and maybe even the red one but it will cost alot of green.....I may be interested in some of ur parts if ya want to part with them....

I think I am going to keep all of this together. The guy that owned these was crazy. He has notes attached all over the bikes say what needs to be fixed as well as an old three ring binder full of notes and manuals for the bikes.

If someone is interested in the pair with the parts, let me know. (The parts are just valves, hoses, seals, spark plugs, batteries, etc. Most are still in the Honda packaging.)

How many miles are on them and do you have titles? I was out at mid ohio and whiterose vintage japanese swap meet last weekend and they were going for 600 on up depending on condition. Do you have the aux fuel tank for the orange one? I bought one a few weeks ago with title, it has 12,000 miles. They are a go anywhere machine when you put the tranny in low range.How much did you have to give for them anyway?
