i have used it before....becareful because it will loosen up gunk in your gas tank also...and that tends to get to be a headache

It works well for me. I put it into all my tanks with the gas, especially if they are gonna sit for awhile. Seems to keep things from going bad in the tank, and the bikes start right up after a long spell. It also does not seem to have the particulates that you get with Stabil.

The folks on the Valkyrie forum swear by the stuff.

Works well, I use it in all of my bikes in both the gas and oil. And if you run it regularly your engine will be spotless. When we tore the the top end down on my 110 which had been run for 3 or 4 years and 1 year of running sea foam the piston and head had 0 carbon buildup.

dump some in your tank if you bike is goin to sit for a while. run it a bit to get the treated gas into the carb. it will keep the green gunk from forming.

I use it every year in my boat engines before winter storage... However, I've never used it in any of my bikes...

I've seen it used in cars but they ran in through a vacuum line so it didn't go through the fuel system. My buddy used to put it in his car and he would blow up an o2 sensor EVERY TIME and couldn't figure out that the seafoam caused it haha.

im pretty sure that you shouldnt leave it in the oil, it might be breaking down the detergents and what not that keep the oil doing its job. maybe instead put it in, run it a couple a times them change the oil, otherwise all the gunk that it frees up will just be circulating and could possibly cause a problem later on.

I use the areosol can sea foam and spray it into the back of the carb until it dies and leave it sit for a while. It smokes like a train when you first start it but it will clean up your engine or it works as a fogging oil.

I used it once. Made it run funny. It was fine afterwords. It didn't run any better. But once it was gone, it ran good again. So for me, I don't use it, I just use clean gas.

Seafoam works, but as easy as it is to just take the carb apart on our bikes... why bother? A good manual cleaning beats gas treatments every time.
