just put together my ct-70 ,put the tb 88kit with race head ,20mm carb that came with kit ,new coil, stator but this thing will not run worth a sh&t,can barely get 30mph, my daughter's stock atc-70 runs circles around this thing,anybody has any ideas? i am at my wits end with this thing

Played with the final drive sprockets already? What exhaust are you running.

did u u put a flat top piston on it? that would make it run like crap.

what year is your ct? you could have the older short rod motor . how easy is it to kick over and also did you see if the piston met deck height when you assembled
