Hey that's pretty cool. This is OEM Honda too.
Being that they are rare OEM Honda, $3900 buy it now should be a good deal to a collector.

That is a Honda Monkey Converted with aftermarket parts. Jason from lonestarminis imported that bike from Japan already built, and a Japanese person purchased all the aftermarket parts and fabricated that bike.

Collectable to to someone who wants a 6V Honda Monkey with aftermarket parts to look like a Harley. If this bike is rare, then any Honda Monkey with aftermarket parts is rare.

NO bikes imported from Japan have legitimate titles unless someone works some magic at the DMV since they are all considered Grey market.

my god... look at that exhaust. nothing like going from point A to B without hitting C and D first. That bike is not one bit cool... and 3 saddlebags, a front fender and a windscreen away from improvement.
