If Honda sold them here, they would not sell well. How many of you would pay $2500-$3000 for a stock 50cc Monkey? The could not meet NHTSA or DOT approval due to various factors including the fold-down handlebars and would be for offroad use only. The last street legal mini sold my Honda was the 1994 Honda CT70 11 years ago and it sold so poorly, it was discontinued.

The only smaller bike I could see Honda release in the future would be the Ape 100 or XR100 Motard.
