| How did you find you Z50?
Been looking for a early softtail on and off for about a year now, still nothing in California. I've seen a few scrap heaps on the local register now and then, but because I want to get it registered, I have to get a running one w/ paper. Any ideas on where I could find one in California? Any z50 or Monkey Bike clubs or motorcycle swapmeets I should be checking out? thanks!

thanks for the replies. I'm not neccessary looking for a "nice" one, just one that's currently running that can be registered. As I understand it, CA has some of the toughest laws regarding vehicle registration. I've been checking all of the stated internet sources, but it seems all the bikes are a few states away. I'm heading to Sacramento this weekend, where I'll definitely spend some time riding my ex-roommate's z50 just to keep the motivation and hope alive.
