| How much are 90's Z50r's worth?
I love my 97 z50 that I bought for 300 bucks... so much that I wouldn't mind buying another one. What is a 90's Z worth? I feel as though I got a good deal for 300 bucks, but what are they worth in good condition? I found a 93 for 400, and its almost tempting. Assuming everythings in good shape, what would you guys pay for a decent 90's Z? |

400 sounds good as long as it's clean.

I paid $400 for this 97. Runs like new - only needed a new chain and possibly a rear tire. It came with a full Washington Title too. |

IMO any decent shape Honda Z50 less than $500 is a deal. You guys that are getting them for $200 to $400 are really lucky. Look at what you're getting. You think a CRF 50 in ten or 15 years is gonna be worth a crap or worthy of passing down to your kids ? I highly doubt it. |

Never paid more than $350. The one that costed $350 came with an 88 kit, a spare motor, and an entire box full of spare parts and special tools and gaskets. So I ended up with two clutch sockets and two flywheel pullers. I sold them to members on here and got $20 back total. most expensive bike I've bought, but the best deal overall.

I really thing this little Suckers hold there value. I also think that it depends on what part of the country you live in. Over here in New England, (Home of the World series Red Sox and NE Patriots), these little z50's get some good money for them. Think about it, some of these z50's are 10 to 20 plus years old and they're still bringing in $400 to $800 plus dollars. I think everyone here should cash out of there 401's and IRA plans and just invest in the Old School Honda z50's. That's where it all began baby. That's my tip for the day.
