its a 1981 almost rolling. frame, wheels, swingarm, shocks, forks, bars, etc.

You need to remove a little material from the inside of the swingarm, or the outside of the swingarm hole on the frame, and you'll need longer rear shocks, longer chain, and a longer rear brake rod. I think you might be able to use the brake rod from your Panterra.
