How much modification does it take to do this?

its a 1981 almost rolling. frame, wheels, swingarm, shocks, forks, bars, etc.

Not that much, at all. You need to remove a little material from the inside of the swingarm, or the outside of the swingarm hole on the frame, and you'll need longer rear shocks, longer chain, and a longer rear brake rod. I think you might be able to use the brake rod from your Panterra.

In addition to what dirtbkr188 posted, you will need to weld a brake stop onto the swingarm to make it compatible with the Z50R brake hub. Without this, your brakes will not work.

yeah it's easy! If you use an XR or XL 75 rear wheel, shocka, brake rod and brakes... it goes together pretty easy.
