Hub machining for 28t rear on ct70 hub?

Anyone have any experience with running a 28t rear sprocket on a ct-70 rear hub?

From what I have read in the searches the hub will need to be machined for chain clearance.

Im just wondering if there is anything else I should be aware of when trying to run it. I am running 3.50-10 tires.

Thanks ahead of time!
