I got these number plate mounts from a PM member but they don't come close to fitting. The longer one on the left is about 1/2" to an inch to short and the little one on the right isn't even close. Am I crazy or are these really from an 80's z50r?

I'll measure the one I have here and post up the findings for you, d0n...

Is it possible that the longer one is for the exhaust side, and the shorter one is for the ignition side?

These are the ones off my 82. not perfectly straight.

d0n, the one on the left is for the left side on a 1980-1987 Z50R. The one on the right is the for the left side on a 1979 Z50R. The 1979 Z50R had a different mounting bracket on the left side and none on the right. I'll post pictures of both of my frames in a little bit.

The bracket I have here is from the right side of an '86, it measures 8-1/16" eye-to-eye by 3-15/16" bolthole-to-bolthole.

thanks. the longer part of the long one I have is 7 1/4" bolt to bolt.

d0n... 7 3/4 inches going length wise. Let me know if you need any other measurements.
