My Mood: | Intake manifold heat shield - yay or nay?
I'm having clearance issues when using the intake heat shield. Is it okay not to use them?

I am not going to use mine either, it probably only reduces performance a little bit.

your engine won't give crap, if the engine gets hot enough to mess with carb your head would be red hot with dripping molten metal, weather they boos performance or not i don't know weather you need or not you'll be fine. moste small engine don't even have that spacer.
