just rebuilt motor.. bogging under high rpms!!

hey guys.. i just put a new piston in the 95 z50r and ported the head. I rebuilt and cleaned the carb, it runs fine in idle and low rpms, but when i crack it open the motor boggs down and goes up and down, whats wrong here?jetting?

Unless you changed the carb settings or changed the motor, jetting should be fine. Check for a good ground connection and air leaks in the intake and exhaust.
