I have a 1981 CT70, and I'm rebuilding the carb. Everything looks great so far, but the pilot jet seems to be blocked. Is it supposed to be? The pilot jet is a press-fit, and there's a hole in both ends of it. I can't snake a wire through it, though.

Is it supposed to be open all the way through?

Page 104 shows the jet I'm referring to. It's part of the pilot screw circuit, and it's visible in front of the main jet.

You could try using a series of jet drills to clear the passage, but, without any jet size or information, you run the risk of drilling it out too big.
