First thing to try is disconnect the kill switch. Check all grounds and wiring connections. Do you have any known good parts you can swap out or just questionable ones ?

If you keep going through ignition systems, you better check your entire wiring harness and scheme. I've logged 1000's of miles and have only every had one ignition system fail and that was because of something I did. Check your grounds and for cracks/splits in any of the wiring.

my old man says the spark plug wire probably grounded out on the exauhst pipe when it got melted and said it wasn't a direct ground? does that make since possible just bad luck?
