puttin my stock engine back in my ct 70 clone everything was going ok ..came time to bolt the intake/carb back on the head have an off set intake 1 long bolt one short ,lined the intake and gasket up with the long bolt got the short bolt started and couldnt finger it in as far as i thought i should be able to so took the intake back off and was linin up the short bolt with its hole and dropped the washer down the port...gulp!!! scrambled around for a flash lite that worked peered down the port and the washer was resting on the valve stem!! almost tried fishing it out with a piece of ty wire sat down and had a beer.. finally had a brain fart and went to the hardware store and bought a telescoopic magnet pen best $6 ive spent ..washer jumped rite to it..took a second look after retrieving the washer and noticed the valve was open...yes i got lucky oohhmmm |
