Re: my Z50RD geto-racer

if that's a ghetto racer, mine must be a dumpster driver

looking good to me..the seat fits right along with the honda tradition of being rock hard i see

BY the way, what size motor and carb is that and did you have to move the tank at all to get them to fit? i'm having all sorts of problems with my 25mm carb and it hiting the tank even with the 12 way adapter plate

Re: my Z50RD geto-racer

the enigen is an lifan monster(or was)
the spec list:
3gear honda hrc
shiftforks honda whit honda pins
SKF berings all tro the enigen
enigencasing blasted to prevent cracking and is flatend so no gaskets is neded.
crank is balansd to a 0.010mm
piston from hige speed(13,56/1 in kilos)
alu top gasket(0,2mm)
cyl-bolts in best steel
fully ported top
z-40 cam
HRC rockerarms
HRC valve springs
2 point sealings on the valve(54% 68%)
kitaco short intake whit multimontplate(kitaco)
kehein PE28
kitaco supreflow air-filter/KN-oil
innerrotor or a daytona mini outer-rotor(depens of the use)
and i can tell you its still not runing great on the main jet,but its 'fast as hell!
with a sound to die fore

the swingarm is of a yamaha DT50 whit some grinding and welding.

and fore the seat, its hard do my as is real soft

fore fule im running a mix of ethylbensen and toulen whit a dach of xylen

the only sad part is that this enigen is no longer my. i did sell it whit my fiddy(but the new owner was kind to let me borov it fore the monkey meet!)
