well actually it's 1970 old but it's new to me. Needs some work but I'll get it running better. As of right now the throttle gets stuck and the float is stuck so gas runs out the carb hoses. My question is I don't have a manual yet so does anyone know the valve clearance for a ct70?

I got it up to around 40mph, cleaned the carb and did other maintaince that was neglected for yrs today. Still working out the jetting, seems to run pretty strong up top but falls on it's face on the midrange.

The lower fork legs on the front looks a bit bent forward. Either way, its a nice base for a nice rebuild or restomod.

I'm going to want more power, so should I go with an 88cc bore kit, what size carb, and probably a mild cam. Actually this thing is pretty old so I guess I should rebuild the head or get a china head? Let me know what you guys think is a good street combo capable of doing around 55mph.
