New Project, need some help!

What up guys? I bought this last night but I haven't picked it up yet. Take a look at the tank. It looks different then most hard-tail Z50 tanks? What do you guys think? This will be my first hard-tail Z50 project. eBay Motors: Honda : Honda (item 250161438209 end time Sep-03-07 18:29:08 PDT)

Looks to me that you bought a Z50 with a QA50 tank on it.

2nd that, the QA tanks always reminded me of a BBQ propain tank.

Looks like a 1970-71 K2 z50 frame. If it has the mount clips for a battery box, then it's a 1969-1970 K1 frame. It doesn't look like it has those though.

and ya, it's a Qa50 tank, but that looks like a z motor.

Re: New Project, need some help!

Thanks guys! The first thing I am going to do is sell that engine. I have a CT70H engine that I want to throw into that damn thing but the problem is the rear brake. How hard do you think it will be to fab a foot brake? I have a few CT70 rear brakes lying around. Do you think I can make that work? I think this will be a fun little project!
