Re: newbie here

Sorry they are both in the 90's , the one is a 91 one and has shasta white with red seat and blue back grounds on the side plates. The other is newer and hasn't arrived yet bought it off ebay, but looks just like the 91 other then a weird z graphic on the tank. The other is a 88 with orange tank and fenders with white front fender and blue seat ( well it did i just swap out a red seat because it had better foam) I will post some pictures some time today! The little guy on the right is my son and the little guy on theleft is my neighbor kid (adopted son). Now they both have bigger bikes crf80 and ttr125 but they really get in to the z50's.

Re: newbie here

Honda got lazy? Designer had a death in the family? Maybe his car didn't start and he missed the meeting? I have no idea.

Re: newbie here

I actually found a site that has pictures of a 1990 Z50.All the folks that own them live in like Finland, and they have lights like the early models. So maybe Honda just didn't send any over here (the US) that year?

Re: newbie here

Not Z50R's. There are Z50's all over the world. But there is no US spec 1990 Z50R. They sold 89's for two years.

Re: newbie here

Check the classifieds. There is no need to bring up an unrelated thread over a year old to ask for a seat.

THat is something I never noticed. I guess they had too much stock sitting around to make one in 90. Any other guesses.

THere is talk with all the standing inventory. Honda will only be selling race machines (CRF's) in 2010.
