Drool. Whoever said "the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts" obviously don't own a vintage Z50. |

Plus, for those of us who don't need tanks, it's fun to torment those who want them.

Yeah but I'm serious tho Dan.. I think there should be NOS tank billboards on the interstate. Maybe Batman signals coming out of the boxes, leading directly to the tanks? idk Just a thought. BTW, I think that Hawaaiin blue tank has been restored. He refuses to give up any pics of the OEM packaging and the decal looks as crooked as John Ashcroft before his morning V8. Oh, and.

Wurms your right on with the good eye on the blue one. That thing is not nos. Those decals are way off! Looks to be a repaint. If it was nos he would never have peeled the gas cap tape off it. Looks suspect.

Razzo, I'm still fresh in the game but of the 3 K4 tanks I've owned, none were that low. I e-mailed the guy when the auction started asking "Do you have pics of the box and will it be included?" He replied: "Yes I have the box. Pics upon request." lol I then replied asking for pics and have not received a response yet. I agree about the tape. He would have at least taken a pic of the inside of it.. Fun stuff. ![]() *edit* I just looked at the auction again and upon inspection of his front view pic.. I'm calling it a certain repaint using a K6 or later tank. Look how wide the frame channel opening is. Wasn't that wide in 1973. Also, his auction has been revised.
