| Ok 2nd try at bad threads
The cover comes off ok the flywheel has the damaged threads is there atool that i can get to rethread it i do like to do the work myself but being a newbie i dont want to make it worse thanks for all the help

The inner threads of the flywheel are left-handed, about the best thing you can do is to try and thread the flywheel puller tool into place, remove the flywheel, and get another flywheel. You'd be hard pressed to find a 27mm X 1.0 left-handed tap, to clean up the threads.

I pulled the threads clean out of my flywheel, I had to weld the puller to the flywheel and then use a 1/2 breaker bar to break it free. And that was on a brand new engine.
