parts links

okay can you guys help me out? Im tryin to find an older bike to ride like a z50 or ct70, something like that. i keep seein some bad ass parts on bikes but i have no clue where ppl are finding them. can anyone post up the places they shop? thanks!

Classic honda mostly has the off the shelf stock and boring US z50 stuff. You have to go to the over seas sites to find all the good stuff.

You can't buy direct from Japan as none of the online vendors will ship outside of Japan. You have to find a trade partner in Japan or work with someone here in the states that already has a trade partner.

This company ships to the USA if you like paying double for parts:

I bought a headlight bucket from them once. Good communication, got the product fast but yeah, but yeah you get bent over on the exchange rate, shipping, etc.

it kinda sucks how we all love the stuff over seas, wish all that stuff was more available over here. thanks guys for the help. its time to find my project bike now.............

It's not available because their isn't enough demand. Trust me. Everyone wants to build whacky Z50's and CT70's, but when it comes time to spend the money to actually do it, it seperates the have's from have not's. The Have not's far exceed the people wanting to spend the $$.

very very true. i must say the people that go all out on these things are just awesome. they are building beautiful minis
