Talking Pipe Baffleling - Suggestions NHRC System

Now that I got the NHRC pipe mounted. Anybody have any photos of how they worked the baffeling on an NHRC pipe? This is the one that DrATV sells. I have seen on many bikes.

Any photos or steps appreciated!

Re: Pipe Baffleling - Suggestions

I had to do the same thing with my Kitaco pipe. If you check my build thread you can see what I did. You'll most likely have to do something similar. Drill the rivets holding the baffle in place and make a new core or open up the old one.

Re: Pipe Baffleling - Suggestions

Someone mentioned making some angled cuts along the length of the baffle.
