| plastics - diff colors avail?
I am looking to change my 79 Z plastic to silver, anyone know of a source? I know Panda fenders are white, but I'd rather not have to paint them. I got the idea from the thread above showing an early Z with an Elsinore paint scheme. something like this: Last edited by allmakesmx; 12-05-2007 at 04:29 PM. |

I've never seen anything but white. You can paint the plastic pretty easy with Krylon Fusion paint. I used the hammered finish on a Yamaha Enduro and it turned out really well. Make sure you let them cure a bit and it is pretty tough stuff. That is a really nice Elsinore - is it yours? |

I had the elsinore Z50a. The fenders on that are painted so they matched the tank.

I assumed that they were painted...I love the theme, sorry for stealing it!!! I had an old Elsinore, I busted more knuckles trying to fix that thing! Thanks for all the answers, Josh. |
