| Is this a real Honda 90?
Check out the radial spoked wheels, center stand... Need some air in those tires! Auction ended but the description is still listed http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=140056042930 |

The first line of the auction under the title says "Here is a Completely Re-Make Replica of a 1974 Honda 90 Motor Scooter." If it is knockoff, I can't beleive they put HONDA all over it. Well I can beleive it, but I can't. If you know what I mean. |

Its kinda f'd up that he lists it as a 1974 and as brand new. Its a nice bike though. And I'm not sure that the seller is the one that put HONDA all over it. Its got it even in the upholstery. **** maybe it is a Honda, is there a way to tell based on the VIN # he gives?

The VIN# he lists does not even remotely come close to anything Honda has listed in the Honda Motorcycle Identification Guide. Below is the only 90cc step-through street model that Honda sent to the US, they were available from '66 to '69. Last edited by dirtbkr188; 12-02-2006 at 07:38 AM. |

Mine is the orange one. Some guy was selling his house, etc., and I was the second person to look at the bike. It is all original and really nice. Should go real nice with my 75 CR125 Elsinore.

When I first saw this post a while back, I read "radial spoked wheels" and didn't really understand it. I thought that 1TrickZB just posted that because it had spoked wheels. But upon closer inspection when this thread came up to the top of the list again, I noticed that none of the spokes ever cross each other. Is that what radially spoke wheels are? Personally, It seems like the wheel would come out of true like that.
