anyone know where i can buy chrome z50 wheels like the ones that come on the Chinese Z50 clones?

Try Hooper imports or one of the other Chinese Z50/Panda providers.

You can always go with polished aluminum Japanese stuff, but the price can be prohibitive depending on the models.
