Re: Someone needs to snag this up...!!!

That's not made by G-craft. I don't know who makes it, but it certainly isn't G-craft. G-craft's tubing is not cast, and that whole swinger is cast.

No thanks!

Re: Someone needs to snag this up...!!!

its only for a z50r, not the older z50s. if i wanted to make a fat wheel bike with a single shock i would just start off with a crf50 frame, widened aftermarket crf50 swingarm, z50 forks, and obviously z50 wheels. then i could have a crf body.

not sure about that. The Kitaco swing-arms have Kitaco etched or embossed on the swingarm. There wouldn't be any mistaking it. It's definitely not G-Craft.
Looks like just a knock-off of a Kitaco.

That swinger is for dual shocks and the other one is not. There is no room to put Kitaco on the single shock swinger.

Re: Someone needs to snag this up...!!!

As stated in an above post, it's the Kitaco piece, part number 519-1013710 that retails for under $400 new.

+15cm over stock.

After seeing the close up pics of that, it makes me appreciate the Daytona and G-craft swingers more.

I didn't realize Kitaco's castings were that rough.

Re: Someone needs to snag this up...!!!

I contacted the seller. It says Kitaco on the installation sheet. He seems to think it was made by G-craft for Kitaco !!! Whatever. I think those shock clamp things are a little hokey anyway. No offense to anyone that has one. JMO.

The G-craft clamp for the mono swingers are billet, not cast like the Kitaco piece above. They work well for street use. See Brad's Monkeybike.

I've never spoken to him. Just had seen his posts trying to sell some of the parts that are on eBay now.

Yeah I saw it a few days back and it had the usual Yellow Japanese instruction sheet that comes with all the Kitaco parts....
