| ST70 What Year
I pulled out an old parts bike I bought of this guy a while back. I started taking the forks off and noticed candy blue paint under the red. The bike has really faded red top coat with gray undercoat and under that is good old candy blue. The ID lable is wrecked but the side decals are original, I pulled one off and red, gray then blue. I wonder how old this bike is, has no gaurds etc. Frame Number: ST70-551734 Engine number: ST70E-124844 I looks like a 69 model, any ideas, was blue a colour used back then? |

Do date an ST70..going by the numbers, would it be very similiar to the Ct70's ?. Pretty much very similiar aren't they. I think the blue St's were 71 to 73 ?. Pat |

To properly date an ST70, is it a Japanese spec ST70 or Euro spec ST70?
